Takealot returns and exchange on laptops horribly inefficient and takes forever

The laptop was faulty. Takealot arranged the pickup of the faulty item. Thereafter there has been a combination of bad communication, no feedback and a system in place that lacks any proper functioning and no way to speak to someone except through emails which do not get answered or referred to someone else who then ignores the email. No time line or any idea how long the process will take. The worst returns system ever.
