takealot returns

i returned a samsung galaxy a32 with accessories by the 15th of october 2021, i have made 4 calls so far and nobody can give me a concrete answer as to whats going on with my return, i have spoken to sandisiwe.l, nadia.dan, and siphelele.s.

i have never had an issue before but there seems to be a big issue now.

my return ref is mrrn-76m4r-nrm5.

i have asked to speak to a manager but that went unanswered.
