Takealot returns

Order *** Was delivered on 27/03/2026. Stopped working on 08/04/2026 Returned on 09/04/2026

I called takealot and spoke to Rofhiwa on the 8th of April and explained my issue with the tablet and he logged a return for me. It was collected on the 9th. I got an email that says they received my item and will provide feedback. I got another email on Monday saying I returned the wrong item and I should confirm if I gave the driver a tablet and I confirmed. Now they are ghosting me, they don't want to give me a new one or even respond to my email. I now demand a full refund, I no longer want their phone.
