Takealot returns a shambles

Over the years I have had only good service from takealot.com but unfortunately this goodwill has now been undone by terrible service and uncomunicative personal and or systems. We ordered a Lego Harry Potter bundle but upon receiving it we realised that we have ordered the wrong bundle and immediately without opening or breaking the seal of the packages inside returned it to Takealot. That was now six weeks ago and in the meantime promises of escalating the grievance to resolve the issue etc. has been made but still nothing is forthcoming. And so we wait...........
