Takealot Returns, a night mare

I have returned an Instant pot on the 15 September 2022. The update tracking details says at the supplier evaluation facility. Its been 19 days and we still don't have a replacement unit. Too take so long is not acceptable. When you call takealot number and select option 2, it just goes dead. So frustrating.!!!!
