Takealot returns a disgrace

I purchased a product from takealot and found it not to be what i desired as well as apparent parts missing as it had to be assembled. I logged return on 5 February 2020, 2 collection dates scheduled, both ignored, NO telephone number or any form of management can be reached, staff refuse to provide it. It appears the return policy of takealot is similar to that of the human rights policy, namely ******* written on a piece of paper. Tasneem Isaacs e mailed me stating inquiry been elevated, I write back after 2nd collection date failed and she does not even have the professionalism yet work ethics to respond! Why does takealot hide or refuse to provide any form of contact details re management?
