Takealot returns

Recently purchased a laptop from takealot, found that it couldn't quite perform the task I wanted to. Decided to return it to takealot as in my full right within a 30 day period. Sent laptop back in perfect condition, in original packaging. Takealot denies request due to *****s that mysteriously went missing. Appealed the denied return, and immediately got denied again due to the order now exceeding their 30 day return period. Truly a shady business practice to stall until an order is too old to return according to their policy.
