Takealot Returns

I returned an item on 12 June - Takealot's Return Policy says if supplier/manufacturer offers a repair and it takes longer than 21 days - they will contact you for a refund/credit. Its been 29 days and I do not have my item or any credit/refund. Incredibly bad when you do not honour or fulfil your own Return Policy!
