Takealot returns

I bought a bar fridge from Takealot. On the day of delivery I realised that the fridge was 2mm too high for the space provided. I booked a return which was accepted. The collecting couriers always arrived with a smallish car where the fridge couldn't into either the car or the boot. It is now three weeks since I started my plea for collection with a proper van and I still have no luck. I have so far received four return numbers for the same product. I am still waiting..... today I received a message that the return falls outside their standard return policy but they will make an exception for this case.

NEVER will I recommend Takealot for ANY PURCHASE because of POOR SERVICE
