I have bought a CCTV System with them and paid for the installation at my home.Now the DVR has a problem and i want to exchange it with them.They told me to sent the whole kit back , cables . cameras and DVR.It will cost me more money to get the person to reverse the installation and then to do it again.The fault is only with the DVR
