Takealot Returns

5 products were ordered, 1 was defective. Return process was initiated, but I have had to constantly follow up on the process with very poor feedback. Now they claim a accessory is missing even though I made 100% sure everything was in the box. Still no feedback from them regarding this. I buy often from Takealot and manage the sales of our company through them. So far I am not impressed with there returns department, I hope if we sell through them other customers who wish to return our products don't go through the same poor service.
