Takealot Returns

The worse company to buy from. Bought a wifi router and returned it within 15 mins after picking it up from a takealot pick up point. Opened the box and realised I bought the wrong product and rather return it and get a refund to purchase something else. Did not unseal the product. I had the product packaged properly and sealed the box properly. A day after takealot tells me they can't do a refund as the product was unsealed. What absolute bs. Due to their incompetence I refuse to purchase anything from them and have removed my seller account.
