Takealot Returning damaged TV

I bought a TV, and when I opened the box, I found the screen was damaged. I have been trying to return it, but Takealot does not provide an option to return the TV, but says take it to the supplier. I also sent a message to their chat support, but it seems to be computer automated and not helpful. Could you please assist me with the return process
