Takealot ***** returned goods

I sent a keyboard and mouse combo that I bought, back to Takealot as the usb ****le was faulty. Not only did they NOT refund me, they returned the goods without the mouse! How is this normal, to 'Takealot' from people???? This is absolutely disgusting service and theft! I even have the photos from takealot where they had the mouse with the keyboard - upon opening my returned package a couple of days later, no mouse!!!! *** Takealot! I need this to be sorted immediately! This has been a horrible experience with them, absolutely shocking!
