Takealot returned Galaxy Smar****ch no response for a month

I ordered a samsung galaxcy S4 smar****ch classic on takealot. Recieved it. Worked fine. But soon realised that the battery is defective (only held up for about 4 to 5 hours). Scheduled a return . The watch was picked up but not logged on the app as collected. Called takealot and was informed that it would be updated. It is a month later. I have not received my watch back. The status has not been updated. No one is helping me or answering me. Disappointed in Takealot....
