Takealot return trauma

I ordered a cot bed and mattress from take a lot. They were both delivered and the cot bed was faulty so I sent it back. My helper also included the mattress by mistake when sending back the cot. The lady that collected both took pictures and sent to the warehouse. Takealot send back the cot, however, it was diffent to the one I inicially ordered which is extra length and they delivered standard cot. The matress was not delivered back. I have sent numerous emails and requests to return the matress but no one gets back to me. My baby does not have a bed as we skeak. No matress and no service from Takealot. I'm very disappointed with this service. I urgently need the correct cot delivered and the matress.
