Can you please help to understand why, after a RETURN has been collected, do they (your staff/couriers) discard of the packaging 500m away from my house? A neighbour found the discarded of TAKEALOT packaging down the road from my house WITH ALL MY DETAILS on it. This isnt normal. Why would they do that?
