Takealot return rejection

I had a disappointing experience with Takealot when attempting to return a tennis racket. I mistakenly purchased a junior size instead of an adult one, but upon returning it, I received an email stating it wasn't a satisfactory return. They cited the junior label and claimed it was dirty inside, even though I hadn't removed it from the packaging. The fact that they removed the packaging during inspection and then used it as a basis for rejection was frustrating and unfair. Now, I'm left with a kids' tennis racket that I can't use, and this experience has left me reluctant to purchase the correct size from Takealot. The unfair rejection of the return based on their mishandling of the packaging has diminished my trust in their customer service.
