I have returned an item due to the fact that the chain I purchased was notted and I was unable to wear it I logged a return and the time was collected. I received an email confirming that the Item was collected and that the assessment must still be done. However I have not received any other emails regarding this matter. I requested that I be refunded and still haven't received any new information.
