Takealot return problem

TAKEALOT=There returns department doesnt even deserve any stars, My phone which was still in suppliers warrantee went faulty, Handed my phone in on 18th of Feb 2026. Takealot have had my phone for over 1 month, more than 30 days, ( Return policy says max 30 days) , the only email I have had was " our return team is looking into the problem", that was over 1 week ago, still no communication. its unacceptable, its a blatant dont care attitude.
