TakeAlot return policy disappointment

I've been a very loyal customer for a very long time and buy from them quite often. I had a very disappointing experience with them now. I bought a jacket for my brother for his very special 40th birthday. He fitted it on andit did not fit him. I had to return it twice and both instances it was declined. I didn't know which category to select the first time I returned it. The jacket smelt of my brother's perfume because he fitted it on. He did not wear it. This is normal even in a shop. How many of us bought clothing someone else fitted on? Their policy doesn't say it can't accept clothing that smells of perfume. Now we are stuck with something that doesn't fit. This is very disappointing and I feel they are contravening treating customers fairly (TCF).
