Takealot Return policy

Bought a pink lunch bag, after using it for 3 days, i saw that the handle tore loose a bit leaving wholes in the bag, I have send it back to takealot they refuse to send me a new one, Because they only give you 7 days. So basically one is forced to use something within 7 days otherwise they don't worry to assist. I will definitely NOT support Takealot anymore
