My husband and I purchased a 1 x JVC RD-N528B Bluetooth Mini DVD HiFi System 2.0 Bundle and returned it on the 3rd of December at the Lenasia branch reference number MRRN-57JXN-6KX7,we sent through all the items as received, We received an email confirmation with the reference number ***4. We were promised refund within 7days. followed up calls were made with reference number ***.

One of the consultants told us on the call that they are missing a power bank which we have returned it with the rest of the items.

We are now sent from pillar to post, with our refund.

I am really disappointed with Takealot return process.
