Takealot return policy

I am a Seller on takealot.com, I’m not happy with takealots return policy on electronics, a person can buy a drone and use it and return it after 3 months of use and damaged & they just take it back and i as a seller i have to refund back that client, they don’t even check the goods properly after return,they just ship it back to seller,they don’t protect sellers at all
