Takealot return not fair

I bought a massage machine which was heavy and the heads were not the ones o was looking for ,after opening the package I immediately send logged a return because I was not going to use it since it did not have the heads I wanted and it was heavy ,they now rejected my return because I wrote that I’ve changed my mind even after I explained my reasons .I feel like they are being unfair.
