Takealot Return - not collected

Order number: ***4 I bought a TV which I have requested a return. Arrangements was made with TAKEALOT team for pick up last week Tuesday 20th August. Both my husband and I work so we arranged for my mum to be at our home. On the morning of the 20th I called the offices and gave them my mums cell number as I was in meetings all day. The TV was not collected. I inquired with the offices and they assured me it will be collected the next day. Again I had to arrange for my mum to be home. To date no pick up, I have called and emailed several times with no response. I cannot ask my mum to come home again as this is most inconvenient. I want the TV to be collected ASAP and this needs to happen after 6 30pm as this is the time we get home from work. SHOCKING SERVICES!!!
