Takealot return no RRN-ed2c-c780

Takealot were very efficient in selling me a laptop. and when the power supply stopped working a few months later, they were very efficient in logging a return. Return was logged on 29 February and to date the only communication that seems to take place is when I ask for information. The latest communication from them was on the 14 May saying their courier had been sent to collect the item from teh supplier. A week later and still no response or follow-up from them.

Apparently the supplier has replaced the faulty power supply and all Takealot has to do is get the item from the supplier back to me.

It's my son's laptop and with all his schoolwork happening online these days, it's a real bind not having it.
