takealot return nightmare.

I havnt been soo dissappointed in my life. This isnt the first time I've ordered from takealot. But it could well be the last. I ordered a desk for my computer n wen it arrived I realised that all the parts weren't labeled. So I returned it for a refund. That was on the 29th of Oct, it was collected on the 30th of Oct. Its now the 7th and Ive enquired about it. The only response I received is they will get back to me. This is horrible, I honestly thought takealot operated in good faith bt Ive changed my mind. Honestly I used takealot because I falsely believed it was convenient bt they showed me they dont care about their customers.
