Takealot return nighmare

We purchased a jogging pram from Takealot. When we received it we unpacked it to assess the quality and realised that it was very heavy. We packed it back and logged a return. The pram was collected, and then they said they would not honor a return as it had been used. We didn't use the pram at all, it was still in perfect order when we returned it. After months of fighting with Takealot, they ******* one of our employees by lying that we had already signed for a delivery, and left the pram at our house. The delivered pram has been damaged by them while in transit. They now refuse to reply to any emails.
