Takealot return my money

I have placed an order with takealot using payflex. Then returned one of the item bought. Takealot to this day have not update the system so that payflex can stop deducting money.

Takealot your people are very incompetant and it seems like they don’t know what they are doing. I need you guys to return my money and pay the bank what they charged me for deducting while my account did not have money.

You just lost a customer because why should it take 3 weeks to sort out such a small issue like this. Someone must get fired because clearly they don’t know what they are doing.

Make sure you sort this out before I go further.
