Takealot Return MRRN-QBRWV-GEVY marked as parts missing but Takealot warehouse just lazy and didn't properly check now I am being punished for it???

I sent an Xbox Series X back to Takealot and the warehouse didn't even bother to properly check that all the accessories are inside the box. Return number MRRN-QBRWV-GEVY.

Lazy and disgustingly slow service from Returns department and lazy Takealot warehouse didn't even bother to unpack everything and just marked it as accessories missing. I have been calling Takealot and spoken to 8 people at least and all promised they will get it sorted out but nothing is happening.

Why should I now have to wait for my refund due to Takealot warehouse and returns staff not doing their jobs???
