Takealot Return issues.

I brought a Samsung Bluetooth 2.0 Dolby a few weeks ago. Unfortunately it wasn’t compatible with my television. Everything else was perfect, then I decided to return it so that I get another one that has aux option . They fetched it , nicely packed . Mind you I barely used , legit used it for 2 days . Then I get an email saying it was dirty and had oil . Bathong! Now I ask them where did the sand /dirt come from because when it was fetched it was clean, new as it had came. Yet the pictures they attached were shocking. Now they’re giving me runarounds . All they know is I’m sorry . I’m very disappointed because I support them so much. I have trusted them , buying expensive things but now because I returned just one product. I must go through trials and Tribulations to get my money back. Very disappointed .
