Takealot return issues.

Never had problems with this company. Until I wanted to return an item that broke before the warranty period was over. They fetched the item only to decline the return due to conditions that does not fall within my situation. I have been trying to sort out this issue with them for many weeks. There is little to no update on my query or reply to emails. Every time you call them you get a new operator that you have to explain the whole story to again that promises to keep you updated. Eventually, they delivered a package that was not my item. No one gets back to you.
