Takealot return

I bought a Canon Printer from them. The printer is still under guarentee. We broke the paper tray at back of the printer. But that was not the problem. The printing quality became unreadable. We return it to Takealot two months ago and I am still waiting for it. The supplier hammer on the broken tray and the more I told them I want the printing fixed the more they moaned about the broken piece. The broken piece got nothing to do with the printing. I received a quote from them for the broken piece R60 plus R650 for the labour.
