Takealot Return Department Worst Service

I have requested for replacement of item that was incorrectly supp**** due to it being mislabelled. "Investigations" have been on going from the 18 August 2022 since it was lodge for return. There have been no reply from return department. I've been hearing it will take 24/48 hours for returns department to investigate.
