Takealot return decline

I am so disgusted with Takealot. I bought a feather duvet and was delivered 30th October. I obviously oppened the duvet and started using it every night was a nightmare under this duvet the feathers came out and pokes you under the duvet and even when you sit on it. I thought no this is just bad i returned the duvet and asked for a refund the 24th of November. They declined my return and said the duver is damaged and used. Obviously will it be as the feathers comes out by it self and the fact is the feathers hurt you. How the hell do they expect me to sleep under this. I am livid they want to send it back and dont want to refund me. This is unacceptable how could they sell such a product to people. I demand they give my money back.
