Takealot return Chad.J poor customer service from you

I sent a return in March for defective earphones, they say they are not defective and arranged to send them back, since March I have not received them. Chad.J is not responding to my emails, last message was it is sent to warehouse, sent a follow up no response last week, no response from email sent yesterday. Credit my account as I have been waiting for these earphones for over a month close to 2 months now
