Takealot return

I had ordered an item. I then returned it because it is something I didn't want anymore. They said the item couldn't be returned and still asked me if I wanted it back without giving me a refund. I then asked for my package to be delivered back to me in which case I gave my address and they didn't reply to my most recent email. I then followed up with a different address 7 days later and still haven't received my package. I am deeply disappointed in takealot services. As I am a very loyal customer to them and rate them highly, but I am so disappointed from this service that I actually deserve a refund. it has almost been a month where my package that I PAID FOR isn't by me.
