Takealot return and replace

Order a item at Takealot on 25 January. Delivery time keeps on extended and then all of a sudden out of stock after 9 days. Immediately order similar produck but more expensive and paid for next day delivery. Received the order but with wrong item. Contact Takealot immediately and get return and replace order nr. Sms to wait 3 days to first receive the wrong product back at Takealot then they will send my correct order. Wait 5 days no delivery after several calls they send sms that they will shipped my order. 16days further still nothing. Received sms was shipped deliver on Monday 17th but I'm not available. I request today but they cannot assist me with this. The experience is bad because we paid and then we must wait for Takealot fault sending wrong produck. Bad client service and assistance in returning and replacing especially if it's Takealot fault.
