Takealot return and refund issue

I requested a return of a defect product that I ordered. The product was collected from me on the 19th September 2022. I have yet to receive my refund for this order and Takealot keeps sending drivers to my premises to collect the order. I have emailed several times, called the call center numerous times to report this and try and get an answer. I get put onto a new person each time, having to explain over and over again. Nobody seems to be able to resolve this issue. Its simple. The product has been returned 3 WEEKS AGO. Email and call logs go in circles. This is so frustrating.
