Takealot return a **** .

Takealot is the worst platform to order your goods,especially when it comes to returns .I bought a rug , when it was delivered the delivery van was full .they managed to find it at the bottom and the plastic was torn.Upon looking I realized that the quality was not up to standard. I logged on a return and now they do not want to refund claiming it is dirty .I am so disappointed, I tried countless times to explain to them to no avail.I wish they have an option to take pictures on delivery,maybe that way we will be protected. I asked them to return the dirty rug but they still haven't done so.I cannot wait for amazon to come to SA , maybe that way they will know how to treat customers.
