Takealot Return

I returned two products in the original delivery box. The one item was processed as a return efficiently but the second item has been a disaster. I have had Takealot telling me the product didn't arrive, they have said the return is concluded, they have asked for pictures of how the product and package looked being returned but the bottom line is that they have misplaced the returning item and will not pay out the refund. Communication from Takealot is disasterous.
