Takealot return

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received from Takealot regarding my return.

I submitted my device for return and, since then, I have been given nothing but a runaround. The tracking updates show the item moving between different stages of the returns process, yet despite waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, I still have not received my device back.

Communication has been poor, and there has been no clear explanation as to why the process is taking so long. As a customer, I expected a much more efficient and transparent service from a company of this size. Instead, I have had to repeatedly follow up without receiving any meaningful resolution.

It is frustrating and unacceptable that a simple return process has turned into such a lengthy and stressful experience. I am very dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled and hope Takealot takes responsibility and resolves this issue urgently.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their after-sales and returns service.
