Takealot return

I had returned an order on the 11th December as is. To this day I had received absolutely Nothing or no communication. With several emails later they responded by telling me the warehouse rejected the refund. I turned the product AS IS! they're extremely poor! Once I get it back I will not buy from them again and I will advise all 15 people I know that uses this business to STOP and refer them to all these reviews.
