Takealot rescheduling . Let’s hope Amazon comes to SA fast

Paid for my order 28 aug 2022. Delivery was due on 2 September 2022. Rescheduled 5 times . Then called the call centre thrice to cancel the order . All times said it was cancelled yet I’m receiving texts saying it’s out for delivery and upon checking the app it’s still on shipping . Stop giving me **** about an external company. I have cancelled the order but you REFUSE to refund me my almost R1000. Your customer service sucks!! And nobody is replying to initial emails they send to me . I want my refund. I am receiving the same generic response about my refund . My order till this day still shows as shipped
