Takealot Request Order cancelled with no reason

I returned my headsets because one was faulty and wasn’t charging anymore, they were still under warranty. My return request was cancelled but when they returned my faulty headsets they did not include the usb cable charger that they came with. They also did not provide a reason as to why my return request was cancelled. I have sent several emails to the support but have received no response. I’m extremely unhappy with the service
