Takealot: repeated delivery errors and false coupon deduction

I purchased two lash lift kits but I didn't receive my tools, I complained. Got it sent back. I told them to send it back to me with the tools. Got my lash lift kits back but YET AGAIN WITHOUT MY TOOLS!!! This happened four times! FOUR TIMES!!!! i returned the lash lift kits four times because they never gave my tools with it. And they told me they have A LOT in stock but yet fail to send me the tools with my kits The fourth time, I complained and said forget it, I want a refund send my money back... I didn't hear back from them for like 11 dayss...I messaged again and then they freaking give me takealot credit, and then they still wanna deduct my amount, saying I used a coupon when I did not...after I said I didn't want credit... And they told me they will give my money back They will tell you one thing and do the other. And they tell me they are highlighting my issue so it doesn't happen again but yet it happened four times...how can you make the same mistake four times

I've been dealing with this for two looong months... They're quick to fetch the items back but take FOREVER to get back with me and send my money... Highly unprofessional and unacceptable service
