Takealot Repair and Return Poor service.

i have been buying from Takealot.com many times before but their return policy and repair process is extremely poor. PS5 collected on then 14th of December 2026 for a faulty controller - console in perfect condition yet they wanted the full package after buying a second PS5 controller. To date i have not received any proper explanation for the delay and they are in possession of my goods with no compensation for almost 2 months and i am left in the dark as they are blaming the courier companies and not taking responsibility for the return of my goods that i paid almost R15000.00 for.
