Takealot Removing Honest Negative Reviews

We ordered a product on Takealot, and it arrived broken. They replaced it with a new product, which was also broken for the second time. Takealot emailed me, asking for a review because it was above a certain amount. I shared my story and mentioned that I was unhappy with the product. However, my review keeps getting removed. When you check that specific product on Takealot, all the reviews are 5 stars and positive. Why are they removing negative feedback? Isn't the purpose of reviews to help people make informed decisions about a product? We are overall happy with Takealot's service, just disappointed to receive a broken product twice and then have reviews removed.
