Takealot Reluctant to Refund Wrong Delivery

Takealot order no Takealot Order #***. I ordered 2x items, but Takealot delivered only 1, which was the WRONG product. Returned the wrong product but Takealot has only credited me half my order. Called Takealot on 25 October 2023, but they have still not credited my full order. Called Takealot 7 times today, but received no reply. Takealot is very difficult to contact and even slower in responding. Service is poor and unacceptable.
